Can I use the reference manual for final system design?

Use it for an initial review. Before final design, verify the exact supplied model, hardware, firmware and document revision. Your project’s installation instructions, code requirements and utility requirements also need to be addressed.

Where can I find the current 16kW specifications?

The manufacturer product page provides a reference. Request the current R16KLNA specification sheet and manual with your quote, including confirmed grid output, continuous backup output and surge capability for the supplied version.

Where are the panel and battery datasheets?

Request the documents for the exact quoted SUNKET 460W module and 16kWh battery. Include any required mechanical, electrical, communication or compliance details in your inquiry so the document request is specific.

What warranty is included?

Ask for the written warranty terms that apply to the supplied product and U.S. installation. Confirm coverage, exclusions, claim requirements and the party handling support before placing an order.

Are the equipment photos model-specific?

The inverter image is a 12kW series illustration. The panel image is a category illustration from a 430W asset. Ask for current photos and appearance confirmation for the exact product in your quote.

What information helps with a freight quote?

Provide the products and quantities, destination ZIP code, desired timing and whether the receiving site has a loading dock or forklift. Confirm any liftgate or other delivery service before ordering.
